  • Over the next  weeks simply put together your daily menu plans from your Diet Booster range of meals and snacks
  • Remember portion size is key, if you are adding rice, pasta, cous cous use dry weight measurements of 50g, jacket potatoes should weigh around 150/175g.
  • Add plenty of vegetables or salads to your meals.  You should eat 5 different servings of fruit and veg every day to boost your intake of fibre, vitamins and minerals.
  • Drinks eight glasses of water each day, little and often is key here.  It's ok to drink coffee and tea, diet drinks and squash.
